I might have been watching (and drawing) too many Molestia drawings, if the first thing I think of when I see that lance is...

Ahem. Anyway, it's an awesome drawing, and deserves many, many more favorites and comments than this! Seriously, I found yours by browsing by order of favorites. It was underneath a pile of amateurish 'drawings' so loathsome that the world's most supportive parents would refuse to defile their refrigerator doors with them. That is just wrong.

You'll also notice that the wings seem to be spurting out of the top of her ass. Which actually makes a lot of sense, given that it's closer to the body's center of gravity than the upper back, which is where wings are usually placed in winged fantasy humanoids.
